Program Objectives:

• To provide a “team” for developing-level athletes to strive to attain
• To prepare athletes for the next development level through appropriate educational, training and technique development opportunities
• To provide an avenue to support development-level athletes through CCA and other funding
• To promote long-term involvement in the sport
