Annual General Meeting

Cross Country Alberta's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in conjunction with the Annual Awards Banquet. The meeting will run from 10am-3pm, with a break for lunch and the awards presentation. If you will be attending, please confirm your attendance by contacting the Cross Country Alberta (CCA) office by phone or email at your earliest convenience.

The date and location of the AGM: Saturday June 1, 2013 in Calgary, AB at the Hillhurst Sunnyside Recreation Centre.

 CCA AGM 2012 Minutes

Please note that the CCA Bylaws require that :  "A quorum at the Annual General Meeting or any Special General Meeting shall be one-third (1/3) of the allotted delegates of Member Clubs eligible to vote. No business shall be transacted at any such meeting unless the requisite quorum is present at the commencement of such business."

Also please note that special resolutions can be brought forward to the CCA office in advance of the Annual General Meeting. Deadline May 15, 2013.

Annual Awards Banquet

The CCA Awards Banquet is held in conjunction with the AGM.  Cross Country Alberta awards annual distinctions to individuals and businesses who have shown exceptional commitment to the advancement of cross country skiing in Alberta. The awards are given at the CCA Annual General Meeting. To make a nomination in one of the categories, download the appropriate form below. Nominations are due April 15, 2013.
